In 3U, we are almost done with further trig (horrible topic imo). Parametrics is the only thing left. As for 2U, almost done with calc and then we will do the quadratic parabola and locus.

our teacher had a little over a full term off, and nobody else does engineering so our class is mixed with year 12, so it's been pretty rough. the course is also pretty uninteresting I am the greatest bronze player OCE :^)

I cannot wait to drop engineering, and if I'm good enough for 4U I'll pick that up

yeah I wanted to do engineering in uni last year, but now doing it I can't stand the maths part of it, like finding friction and strains and what not. The material science is pretty interesting tho

adv eng 14th maths 3rd mx1 1st chem 6th physics 7th engineering 4th multimedia 2nd most of my term 1 assessments were horrible because I was away at the start of the year for a few weeks, if our 2nd assessments were counted in this I would be no less than 3rd in everything imo

If I improve my marks in maths I'm gonna drop engineering and pick up 4U, otherwise I might stick with my 13 units

Yeah I would avoid MIF, but we get marked on bookwork and completeing set excersices from MIF. I am going to do Cambridge in my spare time because the MIF questions are too easy once you understand how to do them. Alright, I'll just use the 3U book. thank you both for the quick replies
