Buying HSC Raw marks... Why is BOSTES taking so long?

As Rafy mentioned, it never goes down. My teacher used to do clerical checks for biology and found a couple of students actually received a higher examination mark than scored in the paper. He said he couldn't change it.

Buying HSC Raw marks... Why is BOSTES taking so long?

As for the waiting time, I ordered my raw marks last year for 2 unit maths and they came 2 days after. I'd expect them to come by Monday or Tuesday at the latest if you ordered them yesterday.

Buying HSC Raw marks... Why is BOSTES taking so long?

Yes definitely particularly because now BOSTES forces you to pay for a clerical check when you order your raw marks. This means they check to see all the marks were added correctly and no questions were missed (it's not a remark). If they find an error, then your mark will go up (and therefore...

    First in Course List

Conventionally, it's been: 1. Tuesday - they publish the First in Course at 12pm 2. Wednesday - they publish the distinguished achievers and top achievers (state rankers) at 12pm HOWEVER, there was a mishap last year - the DA and TA lists were published at 3pm; there must have been a delay or...

    HSC marking concern

With the HSC results in one week, I've re-entered panic mode in anticipation of my HSC English mark. What happened was I wrote my introduction for my module C essay and found I wasn't happy with the thesis statement, so I crossed it out. There was no room to write a new thesis statement, so I...

Cell diffentiation and specialisation and Thrush & Tuberculosis host responces.

^pretty much. Differentiation is when a standard stem cell changes the form a specific, eucaryotic cell (eg. Muscle cell, heart cell, etc.) while specialisation occurs when different genes within that cell are activated and expressed to assist in the maintenance of health.

Most efficient way of remembering a large sum of notes

Teach the content to somebody or something. Have them ask questions. That way, you're engaging with the content and they'll often ask you the easier questions that you probably don't have in your notes. Once you've done that, you've addressed both the easy and hard sections to your subject...

the 2 aussies getting execuated in Indonesia

Read my quote below - it was 10 years ago. These guys have been making a difference since they underwent rehab. Regardless, a life is the same to anybody. Think of their friends and families. I'm pretty sure you'd want a second chance if you were on death row.

That was 10 years ago. They're bettering society now and it's sad to see such a remarkable change being wasted

A State Ranker's Guide to Economics (Part 2)

Quick question: You're really fortunate to have had completed economics a year early. It relieved you of all the stress and pressure in getting a subject out of the way and doing it well. But do you think that you would've studied the same way had your school not offered accelerated...

Sorry man I didn't mean to come across as aggressive. But yeah I think we both agree this is tragic.

I'm against it entirely. This whole thing validates the conflict between politics and humanity.
