    I get info from board of studies .. ;) But nah when I did past papers I noticed they haven't placed emphasis on these for quite a bit :D

    I have a feeling that galvanic cell/ cell batteries will be in the exams. I'm pretty sure they will pick on titration (perhaps a calculation type of question) and petroleum/ethylene/ethanol type of question(s)

    I found the exam alright. When I did the past HSC exam papers I found the short answer questions straight forward, but the long answer questions harder. This time I found the short answer questions more challenging than the long answer questions. Like wot.

    Personally speaking, I experienced the need to update relevant statistics quite a lot. The theory will still be the same, I wouldn't think that it is absolutely necessary to purchase the latest textbook, if you have the edition before your HSC year then it shouldn't be a problem.
