do they mark the english papers digitally or on paper? if it does get marked digitally, would that mean we won't get a lot of comments since they can't comment along the margins?

How long do these external markers take to mark? I would assume faster because they are paid by how many papers they mark right? I could be wrong I'm not sure. It usually takes 2 teachers 3 weeks to mark 160 essays at my school.
