    sport medicine question

Syllabus DP's: Yeh, so RICER still applies to skin injuries. However, you will have to mention the immediate treatment options also... Just think logically of what should be done. For example, the immediate treatment for a skin laceration is to manage bleeding. - Rest - apply pressure to...

    sport medicine question

Yep, RICER for skin injuries (as it's under the umbrella of "Soft T Injuries") ---> Soft T injuries: Initial phase of repair (acute inflammatory phase) - Within the first t=48-72hrs Immediate response: a) Increased blood flow & other fluids to site of injury b) Leads to swelling – places...

    med

Wait, hold on. So if I start a 5yr degree this year, I will be labelled as an undergraduate until I graduate right. So with med, what are the entry requirements for most uni's, as someone 1st/2nd year in a 5 year undergraduate degree. Is it ATAR (meet min requirement) + UCAT... OR WAM + UCAT...

do you listen to music while studying

Music will distract you (at least slow you down) - everyone’s a little different tho. But for something chill like a little easy math Hw or something, go for it - but do be conscious that there will be a slight trade off in the quality of your study!! But sometimes you just can’t be stuffed, and...

How to start studying effectively from day 1 of year 11?

Use the year to try a couple different study styles/systems and figure out what works best for you. I found that making a “to do list” each arvo before studying was heaps helpful! I was quite motivated by the feeling of crossing things out w/ a highlighter or whatever 😂. Maybe give it a try...

How would you prove this limit theorem?

Yeh I know, but it’s cool to know WHY. Then you can really believe it from there. 😁😁

    Raw Marks 2023 HSC Exams

Can't agree more. :D For those trying to workout what exact ATAR they got (post HSC), UAC is great. However, for anyone trying to actually improve their ATAR (pre HSC of course): Identifying which subject/s is pulling them down, or which subject to work on lifting some marks in - Talent100 is...

    Raw Marks 2023 HSC Exams

Both are good, but I’d recommend the Talent100 ATAR calculator - it’s great for pre trials - helps pinpoint the subjects that are pulling you down (gives you an ATAR equivalent for each individual subject HSC mark). Also the visual layout is just way nicer than the others!! 😁😁
