Thank you both so so much for responding! you have no idea how confused I was feeling when our teacher was talking about this without explaining the structure...
This helps a lot so thanks once again
Probably if you ask your teacher. I know definitely for English, not sure for other subjects. But might be diff for your school so best to ask. Not fully sure for HSC tho
Lowkey i dont understand anything about the structure of Year 12 english.
Like what is mod a, mod b, mod c, common module. (why is it called common??)
also whats the structure of HSC tasks. like what is the differnce Paper 1 and Paper 2,
Pls help me out. Btw im doing English advanced in case...
I might have been a bit unclear. I meant when you search up hsc past papers and go to NESA marking guidelines for a paper, you will get horrible sample answers (for chemistry at least). For example: Q22 of 2021 Chemistry HSC
This answer might get you a 1-2, because the shift in terms of LCP...
id say same workload but content gets a bit harder, and teachers may push you a bit more becuase its year 12, and you may need to put in some more effort. imo dont drop if you're doing well + the scaling is excellent
Overall not a huge increase in workload id say.
As a bio taker I feel your pain.
I think you gotta break down the syllabus into its parts and take it from there. And just writing notes will NOT help at all.
Instead, I would try this method where you revise a concept (e.g. cell organelles), then create a mind map or table writing everything...
Depends on the subject. For chemistry, Matrix Education has decent responces to HSC past papers. But do not, I repeat, DO NOT use the NESA sample answers for HSC unless you want a mystery mark.
Please help me out, I've done most of the stuff on THSC. Anyone have any other chem trials question, or even specific mod 5/6 questions? Moreover, anyone have PEAK questions?
Thank you. 🙏
Hello everyone.
I was wondering how well I need to do in chem to get a state rank in HSC.
Currently, I am in Year 10, and I am doing accelerated Chemistry. I just started the HSC course at the beginning of this term. My HSC will be in 2024. I go to a selective school ranked top 3 for...
Yes, I am aware it is Software Engineering now, I just thought I would call it the old term in case anybody was confused. Looks like I caused more confusion haha.
