yeah i mean in a perfect world you would give all working and explanations anyway but it eats too much time writing every step down. if you are looking for the state rank then yea it would be best to write as much as you can without eating too much time

Hi you might not need help anymore but: Let A = arctanx Therefore tanA = x Using the identity Cot(90 - x) = tanx (will use pi/2 = 90 for easier visibility) x = cot(90-A) arccotx = 90-A sub arctanx = A arccotx = 90-arctanx therefore arctanx+arccotx = 90 (pi/2)
