I was pretty much in the same situation as you at the start of year 11 so i would say use the maths in focus textbook since it covers the main foundations you need for advanced in the first 4 chapters and also youtube really helped me understand hard concepts. i would recommend try reading over...

Is the physics dot point textbook (Brian Shadwick) good for studying and consolidating knowledge if anyone has used it?

Engineering is easier and has more theory but theres specific topics that are pretty hard. Also some topics overlap in year 11 mainly like electricity and dynamics

Just search up the syllabus (most recent is 2011) and go off that, but tbh year 11 engineering is pretty easy anyway

You should probably start y12 as long as ur confident in trig and algebra and you will probably briefly go over some of the stuff again in y12 like calculus
