doing 5+ hours in one night will make you tired and your mind won't actually be processing everything. it's far better to do reasonable study with breaks, so that everything you are going over actually sinks in.

yep. mine was in that category and i found out about 1/2 an hour after the art exam that it had been preselected :) i had an internal mark of 50/50 but i was still rather suprised seeing as mine is pretty unconventional. oh and im suprised at the person who said out of about 8000 artworks...

for the alleles in the meiosis question, i wrote that they would be AA BB Ab and Bb, because there was one cell there that would split into four gametes. therefore there would only be two alleles in each cell. and it said 'these chromosomes', so i figured that meant the ones involved in crossing...

i was..it was crazy. nothing seemed to be formulaic, it was all interpreting the geometry. and all the parts that did involve formulas were q9 type ones so i could hardly answer any of them anyway =(
