    Car under $7500?

    what size boat? id say a good option would be a vt commodore or falcon. Have you thought about a cheap 4wd. It pribably won't have the safety features as say a commodore but it will be extremely good at towing a boat and useful on slippery ramps.

    yeah my teacher said u can not get marked down for using maths in physics. Using calculus you can pretty easily derive the formulas anyway and see they are the same anyway.

    I believe that your speed limit would still apply theoretically however since those states don't have p plater specific speed limits no cop would pull you up for it as they wouldn't know to. However if you were caught speeding in a 100 zone for example at 110 id suggest it would count as 20 over...
