Question 11 was stupid
it was definately c...9 coz if u draw a diagram...and follow it as it says in the question with all the starts of the weeks etc...it equals 9 not really a hard question at all- matt-sh-

Q 21 (a) - Context Diagram
on the left in a rectangle i had owner of cat/dog ---> circle with PETS ---> vets from owner to PETS i had "request for chip implant" or somethin along those lines and from vets to PETS i had "details of pet and owner" or wateva it said in the question...and then from PETS to vets i had...- matt-sh-
