Its prolly best to catch the train to macathur station, and u can actually see the uni from the station. They do have a uni shuttle bus, but i am not sure how frequently they run now a days. You don't catch the shuttle bus from where the normal buses are. Just walk towards the underground...

How high do you think your GPA would have to be to transfer into any degree? How far would ur UAI need to be from this years cutoffs?

I got a credit average, but i am not sure if thats enough to get me in. It's frustrating, cos i havent found much information on transfering. At least with the UAI, you have last years cut-offs to give you an estimation. Oh well, i guess i'll just have to wait...

I've applied for ACU as well for my third preference, but for primary education. I've already studied a year of uni doing arts, so i am hoping to transfer. I've heard alot of good things about it from teachers and students. Wish you guys all the best.

Thanks, so what GPA and UAI do you think i would need to transfer? Do they only allow people with GPA's of 5 and over and people who had UAI's of 80 and over to transfer?

I got 3 credits and a pass this semester, but i was only a mark away from getting all credits. Does this mean my chances of transfering to Primary teaching is really low now, cos of that one mark difference?Does UAC look at our GPA or at how many credits and distinctions we got?

Is the only two ways of transferring courses within UWS through UAC or the Guaranteed Internal Transfer System? Or is there another internal course transfer system?

I think it depends on the uni, cos at UWS to get an internal transfer you need a GPA of 5 or higher! Which is a higher than credit average; 3 credits and a distinction!So, i only got a credit average in the last 2 semesters so i am trying my luck with UAC. But good luck, your uni might have...

I was just wondering if anyone knew how hard it is to change courses through uac? I have already completed a year at uni studying B Arts with a credit average, and i now want to change to Primary Education. What are my chances of getting in next year?
