i went to a Cotton on interview and thought i didnt get it as i didnt hear from them but today they rang me and told me i was successful and to come to an induction in 10 days. i have read horrible things about working at cotton on and want to know if i should keep looking?? does anyone know...

yeh i know. the reason 95 is the goal is coz thers a scholarship im shortlisted for that requires that uai. so i hope i did better than i think! i think the rank of my school is 107th?

is that cause you get their mark because of the rank?

so if you get ranked first in every subject but then dont do brilliantly in the exams (say band 5's) can you still get a uai of over 95??

yeh rose bay is public. i think that due to society being a subject thats really hard to understand that it depends on the teacher..and if thers a good society faculty then the students are more likely to do well..all those schools awlways appear because of their teachers.

60% of the exam is essays... 3 essays worth 20 marks each. short answer worth 25 marks multiple choice wortth 15 marks.

i have been looking at the past papers and noticed a pattern in the urban places essay question. since 2001 its gone urban dynamics then mega cities then world cities..if this is right it means 2008 should be world cities...what do you think?
