I got first in Software Design and Development! :-)

Thats funny, i was under the impression that the standards packages were a one off thing to set an example, and that no one gets told they are being used in a standards package...

    Multiple Choice

12 - Well, plank was the first to correctly explain the relationship, even if he did not believe it, nor could back it up, his explanation was still correct. 9 - Ring R will still have currents induced in it, albeit not as strong as the completed copper ring, the currents do not have to...

Anyone else miss the last page of Industrial Chem?

Sure did, stop reading the rest expecting it to all be irrelevant option topics...

Max / Min Number of Cartons.

3 guesses for your future career... We initially did IPT then the class changed to SDD (long story). Most did more for atleast one question, 8 booklets personally. 4 unit VET IT? How so? 2U is a nice easy class albeit a little boring at times.

    Which option topic?

Aint that funny.. *Still pissed about missing a chem page*

    Raw estimates

Pretty confident that this years exam will have a higher average raw mark, it was very layed out, mark for this mark for that etc.. I hoping for 90 raw but expected this during cssa trials and only got 81..

Max / Min Number of Cartons.

Lol, supprisingly it is in the VET IT syllabus yet not the SDD syllabus. You should get your marks, its a perfectly valid solution even if not covered under the syllabus. I think the data analysis will be limited to one mark, but certainly needed to be mentioned. Hated that question, probably...

Max / Min Number of Cartons.

Same here, however the question doesn't really say that, so im a bit curious as to what it actually means..

Max / Min Number of Cartons.

The system needs to be redesigned to produce automatically: - Monthly production data, such as total number of cartons - The maximum number of cartons packed on a day - The minimum number of cartrons packed on a day Correct me if im wrong, but how can the be two distinct values for...

    Multiple Choice

*Slap* for you and *slap for BOS for the ambiguous questions, i dare say that they will take both B,C for 6. I put B, but think C is more technically correct.

Software Developers View of Hardware - Last Question

It means any combination of other inputs will result in 1, rather than all other input's are 1. Admittedly a bit porrly worded. Seems like a lot of that this test. View of Hardware especially. I think the client empowerment approach is a curve ball, the whole process indetifying designing...

    Hard AS!!

I also put scan disk / defragmenter. As the answers stood none of them were right. I suppose it was one of those 'best' answer questions. I found it harder aswell, with the exception of the extended response which was a given.

    55 Minutes Late

Tune in or shut up nwatts, no ones arguing that they shouldn't have special provisions but there are other more appropriate alternatives. A laptop is not one of them.

    55 Minutes Late

Well, maybe the BOS should supply a scribe for these students. What are the 'special provisions' for a student without any fingers or thumbs, they cannot use a laptop, whereas a 'less' disabled student gets to use a laptop (regardless of their typing proficiency), and an even 'less' disabled...

    55 Minutes Late

Personally, while I can write 30 words per minute, i can type close to 100. In a subject such as english where words outweigh time enormously, you can see how this would be a large a unfair advantage. While special provisions is necessary, your school should have, rather than providing a laptop...

Removal of English as a REQUIRED subject.

Hi, In general I think the current UAI system is reasonably fair and a good effort on the behalf of the UAC, however I have one complaint; English. While I can see why english was made a compulsary subject in the calculation of the UAI (English [2 Units] + Best 8 Units ) and have no...
