juz wondering how long it took everyone to get through the paper? i finished with about an hour to spare for checking but i skiped a couple of parts of questions.

I was given the idea to go through my syllabus's and study each topic and subtopic mentioned there. Is there anyone out there who has/is doing this to study? how have you documented it all so you know that you have covered each topic?

reply 2 Huy thanks for that explaination in step 3, i'm a bit confused in the last couple of lines and how they prove that it is true for n=k+1

tonight i read over the examples in my textbook and my formal section and anything else that might have it in it, then i tryed doing the examples and i understood the basic concept but then the example was mulitpliying things which i couldn't see y they were doing it it just confused me

Is there anyone out there that can explain 2 me how to maths induction, especially the 3 + 5+ 9 +...+ etc type. I have them in my half yearly in a few days n i'm not understanding how to do them. We did them ages ago, but... like i can remember that far back. help would be great!!! thank u!!!
