I had the same problem m8. I aint got no real leadership experience, and i asked my defence recruiter and she said that it does put u at a bit of a disadvantage, but they understand that ur at school and havent had many opportunities to get it. Assesment day coming up 4 me, hope it goes good.

Thanx Komaticom ur a big help. I dont know if u will know this, but after ADFA and Duntroon you enter as lieutenant. im gonna go for infantry. Do you know how many ppl they put under my control. Also do you ge tmuch free time at ADFa to use the gym or jsut chill and watch TV
