*nods* they wanted you to evaluate the effectiveness.. but part a) doesnt have the same emphasis on "effectiveness" as part b).. if you didnt use the exact criteria but alluded to it you should be fine

there was only one m/c that I had to think about for a while.. did anyone else have heaps of time to finish the exam? I finished m/c in about 5mins, although thinking back on it, I should have written more for crime... I had- 1 booklet for crime 2 booklets for consumers 1 booklet for world...

oops. sorry yeah i did a) as well.. i covered UN, SC, ICJ, ICC, various tribunals including ICTR, dec's n IL.. plus i covered RIGOs, and NGOs.. hope i did it well enough, although I think I bombed out on the 'dicuss' part lol DAMN DIRECTIVES! (and I do extension english *shakes head* haha)

Legal.. I'm going to miss it I thought the paper was ok, although i thought the compare n contrast as well as the adult v juvenile questions were a little obscure. I worked in institutionalised inequality, purposes and types of punishments, process of sentencing, access etc.. hopefully thats...

Exactly! Its so frustrating, Everyone cheats, no matter how unethical. But I would prefer for people to try and cheat [and hopefully get caught] in the HSC examinations, rather than doing it on a regular basis and getting away with it.

Haha thanks :) I dont actually mind redoing the paper.. if you know the course then it cant be a problem.. you should be able to sit an exam anyday. CSSA papers are generally pretty good.. I always like the legal papers

Omfg No word from my school yet in regards to the CSSA paper.. but if they're making everyone redo it.. well thats a lot of schools. CSSA is used all over NSW. The whole thing is jip. Everyone cheats on assessments, schools screw up assessments and exams, and, whilst usually an internal...

Waste of time.... and I'll never get it back The business was crap. The booklet was better than both lectures combined.. all I got out of the last one was a Contiki Cruise story. And it wasnt even any good. The legal one wasnt any better... WHY didnt he cover consumers? And come to mention...
