hopefully if it was that hard last year this year they'll do the broader thing and make it themes-based rather than area-based. has anyone else noticed that almost every crime question has "what problems will so-and-so encounter when dealing with the legal system"?

did anyone do question b? i agree, the syllabus didnt have heaps on it . . . i was lucky cos i thought mccarthyism was interetsing so i studied it and i think im the only one that did that bloody question. but it was interesting anyway.

the only real good one i used is the cnn one . . . go to www.cnn.com/SPECIALS/cold.war which is really good, its the only one ive found that sort of covers everything. other stuff i reckon just do searches.

everything is useful for something - even if its the most blatant piece of propaganda ever written, it's useful as an example of propaganda. See what I mean? usefulness is always there, we got taught its not as much gauging HOW useful something is, but rather what its useful FOR.

we've gone effeciveness through the theme areas - continuity and change, rights and duties, etc. also assess the place of law through the same themes.

crap . . . you dont go easy on the subjects, do u? mine are confusing: i did 3 units of english last year this year i do the 4th unit 2 unit maths mod his legal and a philosophy distinction course. i am still at inaburra and im great . . . glad to be finished :-)
