    Survivor39..having done psych first year would have meant that you're not permitted to do the above psych gen eds, no? I'd think that it could be interesting but hoping its not too much stuff packed into a gen ed! and the 6UOC would mean that its classed as 2 gen eds in one i'm sure.

    hmmm..true but it was specified that for a biotech major you need 6UOC from either BIOS or BIOT. and BIOS was what I went for.. I read up in the handbook and you dont need any BIOT course til 3rd year..so weird! but I guess it concentrates on major areas of biological/chemical science anyway.

    :worried: aahhh...well drugs could be fun. as long as anything I do doesnt involve complex maths!! eeekk I mean I dont have to worry right? biotech does not = maths... bleh bleh..BIOC,PHPH and MICR gives me a crappy timetable oh by the way I need to make up 6UOC can I do a first year...

    I agree with soha.. you can hold back ..though it doesnt even have to be for religion. I'm 18 and Ive always wanted to know what it's like to share a real kiss. Ther have been times when I've fantasised what it's like to kiss a guy that I am familiar with.. But you know, guys come and go...

    I know this sounds ridiculous but I dont have much idea on my major..I'm 2nd yr B Science.. nothing interests me that much to make me want to do it or not do it. But i have a list of majors which perhaps someone might know which one has more jobs or is more 'fun' to do...

    B Science minors

    I'm totally lost on minors..does this mean we can choose a course from some other faculty as stated in the handbook for science minors? If I choose to do something like Law, can that be possible? agghhh so lost!!! Do we get to choose for first year?!?!

    UNSW vs Syd Uni

    I was thinking maybe to the immunology/genetics side.. I really want to do B Med Sc later so I can get a career in perhaps ..research? I have no idea how to go about this though. The courses and UoC sound too confusing!

    I want to do B Sc and was wondering which uni is best for that? this year it seems the cutoffs for UNSW Science has dropped .01 and risen for sydney like 3 pts. Is there a difference in the teaching quality and facilities?
