I'm so glad Wollongong Uni finishes early! :) I only had to miss a few games due to exams, none of which were too enthralling.

I wouldn't complain if it was him, especially considering the standard we have had so far in our 3 games.

We know Matt. We know. But we just don't want this awesome performance to be a one-off. We have all of tomorrow to discuss tomorrow's game. I'm nervous enough now!

Well I think Arnold as coach with Neeskens as assistant was what Hiddink may have occurred

Lowy has fucked up. He should listen to Guus, who knows what he's talking about. If Guus says Arnold and Neeskens can lead us, then the chances are they can do it. I'm not sure if it's true, but I read Guus may have come back to lead us to the 2010 World Cup if Lowy had appointed Arnold and...

Stazi someone posted the rules and regulations the other day. Goal difference is more important than head-to-head. This MAY have been as a result of the Denmark v Sweden controversial 2-2 draw at Euro 2004 that knocked Italy out and allowed both of them through.

Yeh Mike I'm sweating on Brazil for a lot of bets, and Australia for most of those involving Brazil (gotta have the faith!).

Nice bets there Mike. I've spread my money around a lot (but more for some extra interest on top of the actual games). It means I'll win a bit less but ah well.

Minka - Just got the gold one. The navy one looks good, but it doesn't work for the 'green and gold' factor! Which one did you get? I'm so pumped! Less than 12 hours away! :) 2-1 win! I can sense it! :)

My voucher came yesterday and I have my jersey now ready for the big game! :) COME ON AUSSIES!!! If they win, I win about $80 too! But I won't be too disappointed with a draw!

Any player who accumulates 1 yellow card has a clean slate for the knock-out stages. Example: Cahill picks up a yellow vs Japan, but not against Brazil nor Croatia. He now must receive another 2 yellow cards before he is suspended as once the group stage ends, the yellow cards are...

Can't wait for the Australia game! I'm picking us to win, but that has nothing at all to do with the fact I have about $70 of winnings riding on us winning too! :p Was so proud of how we played vs Brazil, but FIFA ensured that all 50/50 decisions went to them, which is no surprise...

France v Korea draw is paying $4.10 and $4.25 on different sites. Great odds. I put some of the $100 on it.

So who to make it through? If Koller and Baros are still out, I'd say Italy and Ghana perhaps.

Glad I woke for this game! Incidents aplenty! I think the ref is a little too used to refereeing in Sth America, where they often send multiple players off in a game. I remember a game a few weeks ago with (I think) 5 red cards in Brazil/Argentina.
