hey guys, just wondering does the working hours of a doctor ever go down? Say you start on a 70-80 hour week as an intern, does that ever go down if you become a specialist? or do you work that long indefinatly for the rest of your life? What are the factors that determine this?

yeah i did everything right for the late application. I have a friend pravski, who started the other thread, who got the 99.85/164 who made it, so in theory i sailed over the mark much more than he did.

I got 202 raw marks for UMAT (Section 1 64/95, Section 2 63/94, Section 3 75/99)and a UAI of 99.25 and i've just been rejected for late round UNSW med interview. OK so fair enough the uai isnt the best, but surely there couldnt have been so many 99.90+ people with good UMAT's that I couldnt...

Hey guys, ive heard that once you pick up 4 unit, 3 and 4 u become 2 units each. Now, if someone knew (or presumed) that they were gonna stuff up they're 3 unit exams but were going to do well in 4 unit (go figure), can they still sit 2 unit and get that to count as 2 units and 4 unit to count...

i'm a 4/4 unit person too, cept im only really doing 4 english so that i dont have to count my 2 u english. What i really wanna know is if anyone out there is doing 4u maths, 4u english, Music 2 and Music Extension. Now that would be tank...........
