my atar is predicted 96 with 5 bonus points (unsw eng hscplus). my first preference has a median atar of 96ish and a median selection rank of 99.95 but the LSR is 90. how do they differentiate between my 99.95 selection rank vs someone elses 99.95 selection rank or does it never come to that?

When can we make (and change) our uac preferences for ppl doing hsc in 2024 to start uni in 2025? Thanks.
