How will this year's budget influence environmental outcomes eg. Pollution, supply of renewable and non-renewable resources, climate change, etc?
Will the budget also influence Australia's external stability in terms of our CAD? Is it directly aimed at improving external stability, or will we find that discretionary changes to spending will inadvertently lower our CAD relative to GDP?
