hi
For a particular subject i am ranked 6th but my school assessement marks are supposed to be higher than they are---cos my teacher made errors in marking (not a few, but alot of marks). If she hadnt made a those errors, I still wouldve ranked 6th. So I just wanna know will this effect my HSC mark and if so, is there anything i can do now.

It will not affect your HSC mark because the wrong school assesment mark didnt alter your ranking. Board of Studies alters peoples assesment mark according to your rank and the performance of your class, so the lower assesment mark your teacher sent will not matter as long as the ranking is correct.

oh no, that's bad in a way also. Cos in other subject I came 3rd by only 1 mark---so that would be same if I had come 3rd by 10 marks?

No... acmilan is slightly mistaken - the relative differences between students are taken into account.
