Ok so, I'm going to be in the year 12 class of 2017, and we're doing the Area of Study at the moment, and I have a question regarding ORT's. All internet searches have proven themselves to be fruitless endeavors, so I'm turning to the good people on this forum.
So I was searching for an ORT, and i came across a page that said "Year 12 English Advanced discovery short stories" (I do standard), and I thought I had hit the jackpot, but halfway through analysing the one I had decided on, I realised that they weren't a set of resources put up by a generous teacher, they were actually the stories written by the teacher's students (I guess you could say call that my discovery.)
Can I still use this as an ORT in the HSC? Are HSC markers expected to know your ORT?
thanks to anyone who can provide me with some sort of answer.
EDIT: I just realised I posted this on the "post-HSC thoughts" section, sorry...
