Does the trial school certificate usually incorporate questions from previous school certificate papers or do they make an entirely new test for the trials??

Last year the Hiostory department was cheap enough to use the 2004 School Certificate History paper as our trial paper, I should have looked at the multiple choice answers from the Board of Studies Website.

my school for our trial just used past papers. i remember when i was doing the multi choice on a few of the exams they looked familar. mainly cause i had done them the night before on the board of studies site.

so id say generally thats what most trial papers consist of. unless your teachers are really keen and make up a totally different paper. that has the same structure as the sc.

i think our history and science papers were a mish-mash of old sc exams

Depends on school. I know they gave us a past paper as an exam last year at my school.
