so how many subjects i have to study to be considered full time?

and is elective actually necessary?


and whats the point of achieving Distinction and HD for exams if we all get the same degree in the end?

If you receive a high enough GPA you may get offered honours.

Maybe someone striving for HD WAM/GPA is aiming for better job prospects, university medal, able to do post-grad at Harvard/Oxford etc, research scholarships.
