The accomadation at Blacktown is pretty decent. I pay $104 a week for a 4 bedroom villa (own bedroom with shared lounge room, kitchen and bathroom with 3 others).
There is also Units ($89 I think, which are 4 bedroom units with own bedroom and shared common facilities, but they are smaller than the villas)
And cottages ($109 a week which are shared 4-5 bedroom small houses with own bedroom and shared facilities as well as laundry (units and villas have a shared laundry which costs $2 a load), they are like little houses with their own backyard and driveways.
Yes you do get ur own internet line. I think its $99 a semester, or perhaps a year I'm not 100%. Each unit/villa/cottage has its own common phone in the lounge room, but its for incoming calls and you can also call any university extension phone from the whole UWS without a cost. But to call out you need a Telstra phone away from home card. To get your own private line you will need ur own phone and you will personally have to set an account up with telstra. But there is a phone connection in each room, so if you have a phone of your own, you can always plug it in and use it as an extension.
BTW all utilities (electricity, gas and water are included in the weekly rent)
