Hey for those who have finished their probationary contract, did you get a payrise? My probationary contract is for 4 months. I think the permanent contracts are for 1 year

I thought probation was just a period which the contract can be terminated at any time without any penalties for either party? Didn't realise it included a pay rise or a new contract.

i have a contract which will last until i finish uni (few months). then i go on a normal full time contract.
