How do I go about adding BA(Psych) to Biomedical Engineering for my second year? Do I have to go through UAC?

You'd probably have to apply through UAC for Engineering/Arts, then get all your first year studies credited for Engo.

Hmm, do I need a new UAC application number? My one from last year isn't working.

At this late stage, yes, just start up a new application with a new UAC number. Call them up tomorrow and ask if the numbers need to be merged or anything like that.
