Adding Subjects To Enrolment (1 Viewer)

I was talking to a faculty director at engineering camp about adding a subject to enrolment and he said that I would be able to do this online in the first 2 weeks of semester.

On the One Stop Admin thing though, I don't have a section to add subjects, only view current enrolments. Is this normal? What can I do about this?

Web enrolment is closed in the weekends and mon - fri 10pm-8am.
