I'm looking for a relatively cheap ultrabook (<$1000). Basically my 13 inch white macbook still works but most of the keyboard doesn't work - so I can still use it at home with an external keyboard, but I need a cheap replacement for uni purposes. I'm thinking of getting an ~11 inch ultra book - so the new macbook air is appealing but I'm wondering if I can get a cheaper windows alternative that has the same features (lightweight, relatively good trackpad, good performance etc). Any suggestions? Thanks
