You mean Mr Butcher: The Surgeon, it would give some patients quite a fright if staff addressed him as MR instead of Doctor and the other non-surgeon's as doctors, without explaining the history.

problem is ... its a she ... so she kept dr..

some fellows of the RACS dun use the Mr title.. the younger ones tend to be Drs.. the older ones use the Mr... but its personal choice now..
