I have a contact who needs people willing to work evening (and daytime if also available) shifts at an inbound/outbound, small, personal call centre. It's a dead easy job - no cold calling; all inbound and outbound is by customers already interested in the product - and it's located a few streets over from the Ian Thorpe Aquatic Centre thing in Ultimo. People with call centre experience obviously preferred but not required. Decent pay; good facilities (private bathrooms and kitchen) and a very easy casual atmosphere. I wear thongs to work, if that tells you anything. Evening shift people will need to be able to come in during the daytime for training.

POSITIONS HAVE BEEN FILLED, THANKS EVERYONE

Training shouldn't take more than a few hours. For the guys - the product they sell is makeup, so as long as you're okay with that :p

Like I said, cash in hand?
Not sure - given it's a short term thing, though, something could possibly be worked out. Best to ask Trish, though. Want me to pass along your details?

idk, since I already have a job I will get taxed at the highest rate and that otherwise, seems like effort. Also I have no experience in telemarketting and have no real knowledge of makeup. Now that I think about it probably not the best idea

You'll be given a spiel/script - it's not that bad because most of the customers already know what they're interested in.

If you do feel like having a chat to her about cash-in-hand basis, drop me a line :)

VERY SIMPLE. THEY'RE DESPERATE FOR PEOPLE. PM me if you're interested :)

(Supermods/Alex - move to Employment if this isn't appropriate in NS; I just didn't see any other actual job postings there :))
In the workplace what is a private bathroom as opposed to a public bathroom?

As in bathrooms not used by the whole building. Bathroom in the office space.

Hi Kwayera,

Is the offer still available? I am interested in your offer, and I can start next week, on Thursday, Friday evening. But, I have no experience in call centre, only very basic admin I do in volunteering, is it ok?
And is the job only for short term or long term?
Thx
