Thank you, the reward system now is just recognition points but I want let these points be vouchers . This vouchers can be use in the market or canteen. I'm thinking is it fit in Australia?

Since it's two minutes, rather than adding on, I think you should practice reading it so the speech sounds more engaging. It is good, much better than what I can make, you'll do well! I hope you get captain - and vouchers for food are excellent initiative. )
