So i was thinking of dropping 3units for yr12 (my worst ones), but then i wont have enough units which can count towards my HSC. Any idea on any courses i can do in 1year. Also i ve heard people say you can do the HSC in 1 year at tafe, can you do 1 subject only? e.g i do 8units at school and 2units at TAFE(prem and HSC course in 1 year)

You can take up Senior Science in Year 12 if you did a science in Prelim. Otherwise TAFE offers some courses that only take 1 year for both Prelim and HSC.

You can do your whole HSC at TAFE, but I'm not sure about switching just in the HSC year, as the TAFE may not offer all the subjects you did in Prelim.
