hope this gives ya a couple of hints!! P.s. i'd be stoked if i got this as a task. u should see some of ours! ;)******************************
Q2: phases of comp r important so that athlete/coach know what to do when. eg skills development concentrated during comp season and endurance/ fitness base built up in off/pre-season. Also when to peak & taper.
q4: Calcium (bones) & iron (energy- need to mix with good vitamin c intake to help absorption)

For cognatives it'd have to be easy skills and it depends on your sport. Soccer for eg: dribbling around cones, kicking to partners, shuttle runs/fartlek training, coach throws ball to each kid for header, static stretching in warm up and cool down. Good Luck!
