Apart from English your ranks are great. 85+ is definitely possible if you're doing really well in them.

+1. You are ranked 1 in most subjects too, so if you perform well externally you could go very well.

I reckon 90+, given all the firsts and the school ranking, it's hard to be more definitive as your ATAR will mostly be determined by your performance on the externals. Standard could drag you down though.
