It's hard to say since you are ranked first for almost all your subjects, it really depends on how you perform in the externals. The sky's the limit basically, can be anywhere from 95 to 99.95 is my guess. What does the dux of your school usually get over the past few years (just as an indicator)? Have you done any past HSC papers? How do they compare to your schools?

Dux has got anywhere from 97-99 over the past few years. I've done a few past papers and they're probably at a similar level to school papers (some a little easier, some a little harder)...
