guys I’m getting avg 59 for ext 2 and idk our schools trials are prolly easier than hsc. Is ext 2 scaling gonna help at all
I really need an estimate cause I need to prepare mentally and physically. I did an atar estimate with a guys spreadsheet I found on this website and it gave me an estimate of 94.85 I feel like that’s too high.
Also does anyone know if school ranking actually matters in determining atar? I literally thought school ranking doesn’t contribute but everybody’s putting their school ranking w their atar estimates.

It doesn't factor into the calculation, but it provides context to how the ranks compare to the rest of the state and what the marking standards may be like.

its alright i regret as well... i mean my teacher didnt let me do adv even though i was doing better than the kid whos legit gonna be a tradie...

Wait but on the website hsc raw marks database it says that raw mark 60 for Eng std will be equivalent to aligned 70. Does the aligned mark then get scaled down? I’m so confused

I think with my atar it’s impossible to get into radiography at usyd so should I choose bachelor of science and try transferring into med through gamsat or do comsci or do forensics and criminology at UTS (I got early offer for this)
