Guys,

So this is the sitution, after my half-yealies I achieved the following ranks:

SOR 1U: Current Rank: 20/46
Biology: Mark difference: 2.55 ( only 35% was assessed: 1st girl scored: 32.9 Me: 30.35) Current Rank: 14/45
Chemistry: Mark difference: 7.7 ( only 70% was assessed: 1st Boy scored: 61.5 Me: 53.8) Current Rank: 7/16
Maths 2u: Mark difference: 3 ( only 40% was assessed: 1st Boy scored: 36.5 Me: 32.5) Current Rank: 6/15
Maths Ext 1: Mark difference: 9.4 ( only 30% was assessed: 1st Boy scored: 27.6 Me: 18.5) Current Rank: 5/7
English Adv: Mark difference: 18 ( only 65% was assessed: 1st Girl scored: 51.55 Me: 33.55) Current Rank: 40/50

I would need an Atar of 99+ for medicine, is it still possibe to achieve 99+, btw I have 30% Trials left for Sciences and 40% Trial Left for Maths and 30% Trial for English.

Is it possible to move all my ranks to top 3, if I completely kill the Trial exams for each subject. What ranks could I possibly move up to, if I kill the Trials.

MY school Rank is: 200+

99+ is extremely unlikely as even being in top 3 at a school with a 200+ rank may not give an atar of 99, plus everyone else will be working very hard for trials and it is difficult to improve ranks so significantly in only one more assessement. Posting these threads constantly wont do anything to change that. If you want to get into medicine so badly the best thing to do is get off BoS and start studying, nothing changes every time you post almost the exact same thing.

Maybe you could consider thinking about alternative pathways into medicine, a 99 atar isn't the only way. I am not trying to be rude, but rather realistic, as there is no point building up your hopes when the truth is your aim seems fairly unrealistic at this point in time
