B Health Sciences/M Nursing ------->pathways to medicine (1 Viewer)

Howdy.
Just a couple of questions:
1. I've been looking at the B Health Sciences/M Nursing and I was just wondering whether after I complete that degree there is someway I could get into medicine?
Something like Paediatrics?

2. For those who do nursing, what is Emergency Nursing?

Basically, I'm just tossing up between Nursing @ UTS or USYD, but I'm also interested in becoming a Doctor of something, but I don't think I can get into medicine

You can do medicine with pretty much any undergraduate degree, you just need to apply at the end and sit GAMSAT I think it is. Usyd offers no real pathway except for those who get into medicine initially. So basically you just need to apply again at the end of your first degree. Some degrees just give you more advantages in terms of knowledge.
