Hey guys for majors,
Do I have to choose a major from Table A in the UNSW handbook? Or can I just choose one from table B (i.e. Finance)

Must be Table A. How can you do an Economics degree majoring in Finance? Doesn't make sense. If you double major, then the second major can be from Table B.

You have to do a major from Table A but you can double because you get 8 electives, enough for a major.

So the last class I need to get in is full. All the other core subjects have prerequisites. Do I just do a Gen Ed?


I'm going to try get a D average, possibly HD.

What do you guys suggest?

See if any spots open up or ask if they'll open up more spots/tutes. If not, then do something else.

Empirically those full classes will free up spots few days after uni starts. You might want to check the class status frequently, people drop classes all the time.
