BComm Studies n e one? (1 Viewer)

Hey,

Does anyone in here do or know of anyone that is studying the BComm Studies? Also, is the degree as reputable as similar degrees studied in metro areas, as i am worried that if i was to study this course at UNE, since being in the country, i will not have as strong chance for employment in a city against those students who completed basically the same kind of program at a city uni.

two of my best friends at college do communications... i'd say it wouldn't be as good as a city uni - but not by much... and as it has been said in many threads earlier - its not the course, its the student which will determine getting a job

also - a lot of people that study at une are intending to work in the country - so a lot of country employers will look for people who have studied at a rural uni, however this DOES NOT mean that you won't get a job in the city if that's what you wish

i'm doing Bcomms at UNE in 2006
id say if you want a job in the city your most likely going to have to work freelance unless you can get a nice deal.
