this is very untrue.

There may be limited things to do directly in the field,
but many of my biomed friends have managed to get amazing jobs doing all sorts of different things.
Some in project management, law, business.....um..lots of things
Biomed and engineering in general equips you to be a very versatile person
if you enjoy it, just do it.

My friend Susie who is the current Student Engineer of the Year is a biomed engineer and went to Belgium, Taipei and a few other countries for her work experience! she was working on nuclear something something.
eitherway, the point is, no biomed is a very good degree and opportunities are definitely around

lol... that's bullshit

BE(BioMed) is probably one of the most affluent areas in Engineering.

You'll find shit loads of jobs...BTW i'm not even studying this degree, so no bias.
