My asessment for bio so far is to write and experiment that deal with enzyme activity and change in substrate concentration and have to test the effect of increase temperature and change in pH on the enzyme peroxidase (found in liver) and the substare hydrogen peroxide.

and i dunno how enzmes change in pH. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

The addition of more substrate to an enzyme solution will initially increase the rate of reaction. But as the enzyme solution contains a set amount of enzyme, the rate of reaction tapers off as all the active sites of the enzyme molescules become occupied.

Every enzyme has its own optimal pH. An enzyme becomes less efficient if the variable value is greater or less than the optimal.

At high temperatures, enzymes are permanently denatured. Enzymes that are inactivated because of low temperatures become active again when the temperature is returned to normal.
