Wouldn't you just use a ruler and measure the diameter of the virus accordingly with the scale? It should be 130nm using the scale and converting D, hence I think the answer is D.

Just by looking at it, you can tell the virus would be at least 100nm. So that rules out A and B. Then if 1um = 1000nm, convert 100nm to um by dividing by 1000, gives you around .1um which is close to .130um so the answer would be D.
