Breast Cancer - Building healthy public policy (ottawa charter) (1 Viewer)

I have an assessment task where i must explain how Breast cancer applies to the implementation of the Ottawa charter action plan

im having a bit of trouble finding some points building healthy public policy.

any help would be great

It's kind of tough linking breast cancer with BHPP coz BHPP is mainly about legislation, policies and all that government jazz, and you can't really set any laws in to prevent/reduce breast cancer (unlike injuries, where you can implement road laws to decrease the road toll). What I would do is look at all the risk factors for breast cancer (menstruation at an early age, late menopause, late first pregnancy, high fat diet, obesity etc etc) and come up with little laws, regulations and policies that prevent or reduce these risk factors which ultimately reduce breast cancer.
