hello,
just wondering what exactly we need to know for this topic, ive done summer of the 17th doll, and The Touch of silk, i know the story, staging etc but what details do we need to know? :wave:

i did the exact same plays....T.O.S is the stoopidst thing ive eva read!!

t.o.s (touch of silk) need to know:
* social context, at the time Oz still had racist attitudes towards ppl of other nationalities
*how it shows the cross over from melodrama to realism (the progression)
*have a outline of each character, what they stand for, and how all of this is shown( costume, language, settings, symbols)

pretty much the same concept for doll...social context. ( Oz drama rapidly progressed from T.O.S, can be seen in Doll)
and of course for both how tension b/w bush and city is shown, this stuff should all branch out from that
