So what do we need case studies for? My teacher said we are doing ours on Qantas. I just looked at the 2011 HSC exam for business studies and there is no question that states refer to a case study did in class. So where are case studies used for our assessments: assignments , half yearly , trials, HSC or are they just to cover class time?

Do you guys think getting the latest edition of Qantas case study book 2013 edition is a good idea or just to get a second hand version ie: 2009 edition for a cheaper price. Does this make any difference?

I'd go for the new one. It isn't too expensive and it'd save a lot of time from retrieving data for the years after 2009
